Licensed in both New Hampshire and Florida, Lisa has been working in the real estate business
full-time since 2004.  She is an active member of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, New England Real Estate Network (MLS), NH Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Landlord Connection.

Lisa provides service primarily in residential brokerage and has completed the sale and/or leasing of a wide variety of single family homes, multi-families, condos, town homes and vacant land.  She has completed a  variety of office, industrial and retail transactions as well, and has eight years experience in property management for both commercial and residential property owners in Southern New Hampshire. 


Lisa prides herself on providing professional, efficient and personal service.  She is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals, is extremely familiar with the areas she serves, has excellent negotiation skills and provides proven and effective marketing strategies.  Lisa keeps up-to-date with the industry and her skills by continuously taking real estate classes throughout the year and has recently achieved the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.

Prior to opening DiBernardo Real Estate, Lisa worked for a commercial real estate firm in Nashua for six years, a residential real estate company in Bedford for two years and a residential real estate firm in Florida for four plus years.

We ensure everyone involved is kept informed of any issue that needs to be handled, make sure transactions are kept on task, send out reminders and coordinate anything else needed to bring that transaction to a successful close.
